That would keep them from being able to use charge as an opener, they could still use bloodrage to get a bit of rage up but this is probably still a good idea, if only to weed out the dumber warriors. The one caveat I would say about sending your pet on the warrior to get em into combat is this, pull it right back to you after you have the warrior engaged and have at least thrown up a dot or two, they can hit hard and you don't want them killing your little buddy.
