If i am feeling a little quested out sometimes i put on a film on the second pc and just kill - it makes long films more interesting and before you know if those 400 mobs you needed to level are all dead.
I have so much rested on a neglected level 60 that i will do just this to get some gold and save more quests for gold at 70.
