Re: Guild Rules
Off point for a moment if I may. You are right about common sense, it should be a guide. People forget that this is game and that is supposed to be fun. All be it a game that requires a lot time and effort. People are vested in this game and because of this they lose focus of the fact that it is a game. Guilds are entitled to have rules and regulate how they want to play. We have the choice of either accepting their rules or not. I just left my guild because it quit being fun. I choose to no longer accept the rules. I do not enjoy a military style gaming experience. Because at the end of the day it is just a game!
Back on point, my guild did not allow for one to join any other guilds raids. If you were caught in a raid not of our guild they would give a warning, you would lose "loot points". The second time you were fined, if you chose not to pay the fine then you were booted. The third time was /auto kick. But when I joined the guild the rules were laid out and I knew what I was getting into. I understand the need, especially in a smaller guild to have all your raiders on point and ready to raid. If your healer for example is locked into another guilds raid then your stuck.
