Yes that's the point, you drain tank. With 5/5 fel concentration.
Sounds silly? The idea is with the heals you get, you outheal the mob's damage and damage it at the same time. You get hit but you don't lose life overall.
Instead of using a voidwalker to hold aggro, use a succubus for damage whilst you hold the aggro.
Drain life is better DPS than wands.
