Cloak enchant
So I want the best PVE enchant for Cloak and I am having a hard time deciding between the Subelty (-2% threat) or Spell Penetration (+20 Spell penetration)
So of my friends say that the Spell penetration is PVP only.
Any ideas or suggestions?
