As far as I know it will not have PvE.
Altough characters grow with you.
For example the amount of experience will be visuale by the lenght of the beard.

I don't think there will be such a big difference between Blizzard and EA. There both money makers. I have not seen Blizz doing any charity towards us. As for the bug fixes and exploits. We pay a montly fee. I suits them to upgrade and maintance the game.
Just putting up a server, firing everybody and collecting the money is a no no anyway.
