Blizzard, for 10 years worth of games I have purchased from them, has proven to be very reliable overall. Sure they have issues, as with the nature of any online game.
EA is all about the $. Maintenance and updates are a non-revenue generating cost, and I see EA doing the minimal in supporting their WH community.

I couldn't agree more, I wouldn't touch this game with a 10 ft pole until EA proves itself, but then again, because of companies like Valve (Steam) and EA I started playing wow. So thanks for SUCKING IT UP EA!!
