I would say the felhunter also use a spellstone. The felhunter will remove his stamina buff and his inner fire armor buff I am not sure if it will remove HOT effect though. Also if you are a blood elf use your racial abilities too taking a little mana from him and getting an extra counter spell just to stop that last heal he needs to get off to survive. Once a priest is out of mana he is toasty. Also warlocks have a spell that absorbs shadow damage that helps alot too.
