Three answers:

What I expect

My bet is a Diablo-style (not Lore actually) MMO, probably focussed on even more casual gaming, action RPG, Hellgate London style. Legend could be all, Warcraft, Starcraft, or Diablo or even a new franchise. Everything but Warcraft isn't very detailed yet, so we will see. PvP focus indeed, too. Even with pre-mades... *yawn*

What I fear

World of Warcraft 2. I don't think they would do it yet, as there is so much potential for expansions. But a full reset would be something many would enjoy though. Not me :-)...

What I dream of

Starcraft Universe. I always wanted the endless bounds of EVE in my MMO. Only that you have different and permanent worlds in the WoW-size that could be generated by some fractal algorithms, it's not rocket science. Each planet is a server, the universe is shared in between. This unlimited space type of game in addition to MMORPG would be my thing, I DOES though collide with the heavy usage authored content (rep rewards, events) like it is in WoW now.
I love exploring and this is something that ends far too quickly in WoW. I do know the issues of thousands of authored world therefore I suggest semi-automated and user-created (within severe limits indeed) content to make up for that.
