If you MOSTLY do PvP (as you wrote) and want to raid without reskilling UA/SB is the way to go. Ruin builds do not perform in PvP as you need IHot.

A template (yes, can be discussed) would be your number 3. As your +hit rises you can put points into Improved Life Tap, the famous 1/5 Shadow Embrace and 2/2 Improved Healthstone (almost must for PvP imho).

Any Soul Link build is not wimpy, especially not Felguard. You need some time to get used to it, manual Intercept, positiniong and relying that up to 1/3rd of your damage is done by your pet.

So, the other popular Hybrid would be #1.
