Siphon Life on pet ,siphon life on hunter.
Curse Of Weakness on pet if possible.
Abuse Line Of Sight if possible.
Fear hunter ,throw all dots,drain life,ignore pet.
Fear his pet if possible.
Only use instant casts unless he is feared.
