One minor point to counter something said previously. Every Warlock who raids should have 5/5 improved Shadow Bolt.

Everyone. The proc increases all shadow damage and is probably the best endgame tier 1 talent in any tree of any class.

You need suppression sure, but steal from within the aff tree. 5/5 bane is a must too.
