I generally use the same macros for everyone/everything, it goes
trinket, amp curse, Curse of Agony, SL, Corr, UA, DL
throw in a SB and immolate here and there and your done. I use this macro to stack up my insta cast DoTs on multiple targets if need be generally fast. Your level 63, so your gear will get better, But i use my Felhound when I am out and about because like you, am on a PvP server. I hope this helps. Keep us informed.
