I thought of the same thing, but after checking some fight, raid DPS is not increasing that much comparing to the loss. I sure dont know why.

My only suggestion would be to talk to the other warlocks and make them understand the significance of two malediction spec'd locks using CoS/CoE. With that many affliction locks, its a little stupid to have none of them spec'd for improved Curses in my opinion.

That will not work unfortunately, dont know what to say, but they r "just like that", sometimes they even bring PvP spec to raid. Its not that i didnt tell them, its because they just dont listen.
And the sad part is, being drag down on DPS, they told me that i dont have the "rights" to give advice. Yeah, they drag you down and told you that your sucks. That hurts badly
