Just an idea to maybe include either here or possibly somewhere else, what classes makes up each of the group requirements ie.
Tank - Prot Warrior, Prot Paladin, Feral Druid
CC - Rogue, Mage, Hunter, Warlock
Healer - Holy Paladin etc
I remember this confusing me when i first started grouping in WoW.
