destro=shadowbolt spam. Though at lower levels you probably would be doing that regardless of spec anyway so it might be wise to get the talents to shorten downtime and increase survivability. My pally/priest/2xlock/mage team oneshotted everything until level 20 with shadowbolt/fireball from each group member, pally and priest idled for the most of the time. Only during the instances and killing elites I used dots. I managed to clear RFC, WC and RFK with my team pretty easily.

To clarify my previous sentence:
"If you are at low-levels and would like to do higher end instances"
By that "low-level" part I meant you should rethink your group setup if you want to do instances. Five locks won't cut it. Five shamans might. (pally)tank+(priest/shaman)healer+3x(ranged) dps can handle pretty much all five-mans if they have good enough gear and you have good skills/macros
