My guild only pays repairs and allows gold withdraws for officers. However even then usually only a couple people actually take any money or get repairs from the gbank.

I believe that the only ones who really should have their repairs paid for are the tanks, unless there are special circumstances for others.

We have a handful of people in charge of selling items from the gbank for gold and then depositing that gold or turning around and purchasing mats for flasks, pots, and other raid items.

We are not a large guild however. We have kara on farm with multiple teams/alts and have cleared ZA multiple times, but we rarely get enough people for 25 mans, so take our policies for what they're worth.
