In my opinion, around 900-1200 DPS for affliction with your gear sounds about right really. Of course you're not going to omgwtfpwn the DPS meters, but that's because you have sacrificed DPS for utility. Yes, you do have too much +spell hit and you should re-gem for more spell-damage, but really I think your DPS output is OK. I might get flamed for saying so, but hey.
