Now define evil. Is it making demonic pacts and using Shadow Magic? Is it slaughtering innocents (even if coerced) and spreading Disease (via Shadow Magic...Ironically...). Is it something apart from the actions of the individual concerning the powers they utilise, or is it something entirely different?
The Death Knights now work for the alliance and the horde....because....actually I won't spoil it but while initially they're working for "good" they employ evil ends and I bet there's a healthy percentage of them who would happily infect their own mothers in order to clambour over Arthras' corpse and do it properly.

Which of course applies to both and isn't anything close to my definition of evil - it does however satisfy a certain "hungry for power" perspective....all of which proves nothing except people can, and will argue opposing points of view without ever coming to any sort of agreement

The way I see it, they're evil, surely, but it is a different sort of evil from Warlocks. I believe there is room for two dark classes in this game.
