yep. Just put dots on the target that you are killing. Generally keep CoT on the priest but if he tries to run at your healer to get off a fear+manaburn then you can CoEx him so your paladin can get away. Also, keep in mind that POM only bounces if another target is within 20 yards. usually thats sufficient to keep it bouncing but there are times when it is not and you can use this to your advantage.
