First want to say that this site rocks!!! There is no other site that I know of truly dedicated to locks!
Now my two part question, I almost always do PVE, though I am realy getting sick and tired of getting owned 3/4's of the time by the ali in PVP out in contested areas.
1) my talent tree.....is it ok or what? I am an AFF lok, and I've been happy with it till I started checking out the armory at wow, and seeing all the bonus damage folks can do with their loks.
2) Gear...is this sufficent? Should I wait for Lich to come out before spending cash on better gear?
Typicaly how the spells I use in PVE are usualy these in order:
Curse of Agony, CORR, SIPHON LIFE, UNSTABLE AFFL, IMMOLATE, INCENERATE
then either FEAR OR DEATHCOIL.
I also use: SEARING PAIN, SOULFIRE, RAIN FIRE for tougher ones.
I have recently been experimenting with the spells, and have a good result
from:
Curse of Agony, CORR, SIPHON LIFE, UNSTABLE AFF, LIFE TAP, DRAIN LIFE
I am using FEL ARMOR which brings my bonus spell damage to: 407

PvE Play style and Requirements of build:
Would be nice if I could could faster. Either rework my spells I use, or get gear or rework my talent tree...though I do love Afliction.

I've not done much of this at all. I have exactly 10 badges from kills and all of these were defensive when ali attacks me from behind always. I'm sure at my level, that I am way outclassed in the battlegrounds now with the crap gear I have.
