You just answered part of the question.
Dot timers are a MUST for EVERY lock. Regardless of what spec.
So you only press 1 button in destro?
What about when you need to banish a target? What about when you need to fear a target. What if you're using curse of tongues on a mob? etc etc. Dot timers are still very important.
