It's hard to say. For one, I've only really tested warlock and palladin (plus a 58 DK). The other problem is so many abilities are not working right now across the classes, it's hard to get a proper feel for how things are going to work.

That's the problem in the beta right now, they can't be applied to anything, UNLESS you enchant the mount in your bags before clicking it to learn the spell. (So I hear, I missed out on that myself)
