Re: Is there something i should be doing?

This may sound weird and some may think I am wrong, but here it is.

Don't worry about power leveling. If your singular goal is to achieve level 70 that is wonderful, but what good is level 70 if when you get there you are overwhelmed and become frustrated.

Take these levels as they come. Blizzard did a really nice job designing the characters and their quests. WAlmost without noticing they teach you how to use your toon and all the spells and abilities that come with it. If a powerful friend pushes you through those levels you will have NO knowledge about how to use the very abilities for which you have quested!

Work hard at leveling! I am not suggesting otherwise. But do it using your characters abilities. Your voidwalker is your most valuable weapon at this moment. As a lock that has made jis way to 70 through a long circuitous route I can say with all knowledge that as soon as I hit 70 (keep in mind I had quest gear not PvP or Epic PvP gear just dropped gear) my guildmates invited me to Kara.

I told them I would useless for I had no gear worth a shoot for instance PvE. Their response was "We played with you before you were 70 and gear isnt everything, its also a good understanding of your character" which I had at that time.

The big shocker is this: The gear you can buy until you are around 60 won't improve you much over the gear you get from drops as you quest.
Certainly not enough to justify the expense. My best piece of armor was my Voidwalker till level 51 then it was my Felguard.

Play the game. Learn your character. Quest/grind XP. Before you know it you will be 70 and you will know how to use your character to it's fullest potential!

Hope that helps!
