I could emagine that especially warriors will see this as a welcome change. Many warriors I know are either tank speced for pve or having their pvp spec, and are being used solely for one of the two purposes.
As a lock I think it's going to be a nice way to keep your fel guard close by
It will for me at least.
Wondering how they will implement it though... you probably have to go and ask the trainers to help you remember how your other spec was like
