Than you too snack that also helps, I sorta get the basic idea of each tree, and yes I had noticed the destruction spells were very mana drainng but powerful. I think I'll try to go demo with some aff. and see how that works for me. Maybe I just havn't found my playing style yet. Locks do seem hard to learn, in that you arn't as powerful as a mage but neither can you wade in and kill.
I'm assuming gear plays a large part in helping to, so I'm enchating and tailoring but its pretty money draining disenchanting everything and I'm always broke.

Anyway im leveling pretty good, i kill a lot with few cooldown times and i have even solo some ELITES 1 or even 2 more levels than im.
Whats my recipe for all this? Well im using this talent guide
HERE and i pick up everything that has stamina and its a cloth and equip it right away. And have a nice wand to wand the $%^& out of mobs without expending too much mana. I just do this... *Agony**Corruption**MAYBE Inmolate if it has too much life**wand till he bites the dust*
If you have problems with money go and pick up 2 gathering professions. I would recommend mining+skinning since you don't need to expend THAT much time leveling them and you can use them while questing. Im level 28 and i have 115g thxs to both professions.
What else
... use void and take it easy... read the quests... don't rush, go one or two mobs at a time. Once you have 10g try and buy 4 bags of 12 slots so you can carry more (in my server i can get them at 1g-3g each).
Errrr pick up First Aid and level it first... When you dont need linen to level first aid save up linen and same with each step of the cloth lader. (For tailoring in the future)
