Imp Howl is useless for raids, but Shadow Embrace 5/5 is very very good.

Why put points in Malediction and imp Curse of Agony...? If you're using Malediction'd Curse of Elements you won't be doing Curse of Agony.

And if you have Malediction, you're never using Curse of Agony. Imp Curse of Agony is wasted points.

If he's going to be raiding at all he has to have 5/5 ISB and 5/5 Bane. That's unfortunately not an option, he's not even worth the spot if he doesn't have those.
