looks very solid, spec. should do just fine. On your gear, make sure you swap in blue gems on your spell stroke hood and swap out that arcane netherband spell penetration is the worst stat in the game period.
Cobalt Band of Tyrigosa - Item - World of Warcraft would be a solid upgrade off heroic MT(mana tombs not magister's terrace) last boss.
Ring of Recurrence - Item - World of Warcraft off chess is good too, but you're prolly not in kara yet (otherwise you would have violet signet).
