I have one to recommend. It's called Custom Cursor. I have had a lot of problems losing my cursor in PvP. In the confusion of battle, I can't see that little gray hand, and I have trouble targeting. So I found an add-on that makes my cursor a brightly colored triangle that is about 50% bigger than the regular one. So far I really like it.
