Haircut and shave I can understand, Peircings, cool I get that. But changing Nelf tattoos? Have they been using rub ons this whole time? But Drainei(however you spell it, Horde FTW) and Tauren horns? That is pushing it, I mean ya not much choice in those 2 races hair style. I don't want my tauren to be sheared, but still. You can't change horns...
