Hi Anarissa and welcome to The Den.
There's a good discussion about destro builds, and subsequent casting rotations over here:

It's possible you may have not looked at that as the thread title mentions nothing about rotations but I assure you there's plenty of discussion about it there.
I'll close this thread for now as you'll find all you need in that thread, and if there's something else you want to ask, again ask in that thread.
