Casting Rotation for 3.0.2
(sorry if it's the wrong place wasn't QUITE sure where to put this)
Anyways, I have been messing around on the PTR with casting rotations that would be efficient. However, now that we're proc based it makes it a lot more difficult (thank goodness). Has anyone else come up with an effective cast rotation as of yet.
Another thing that I was seeing is in end tier 6 gear there is no way possible with the amount of procs to be able to use them to the fullest ability switching back and forth from fire to shadow.
Has anyone else noticed this?
