The quest line for the dreadsteed will still exist for those who want to do it. The same goes for the Paladin quest and the Druid epic flight form quests. This is just another option for getting the spells for those who roll new alts instead of making them try to find a group for outdated content.
I agree that those quests are a blast, but if you're not in a guild, finding groups for Dire Maul, Scholomance, and Heroic Sethekk Halls will be a pain in the butt in Wrath.
