I'm sure someone (who's better than me with excel) could come up with a spreadsheet that would help you see the DPCT's of each of your spells by simply plugging in your stats such as hit rating, crit rating, haste, spell power. Once you have the basic formulas set up for each spell, it's just a matter of plugging in those variables.
I could probably create something in excel that got the job done, but it wouldn't look all that pretty. Haha
