Welcome to leveling. Lets simply talk raw numbers, no buffs/talents/


Spell Hit @ 70 you need 12.6 for 1% hit.
Spell Hit @ 80 you need 26.2 for 1% hit.

Spell Critical Strike @ 70 you need 22.0 for 1% crit.
Spell Critical Strike @ 80 you need 45.9 for 1% crit.

Spell Haste @ 70 you need 15.7 for 1% haste
Spell Haste @ 80 you need 32.7 for 1% haste

Resilience @ 70 you need 39.4 for 1% resilience.
Resilience @ 80 you need 81.9 for 1% resilience.

It goes up a little every level. I'm 75. My hit rating was 219 at 70, enough to be over 17% to hit. I'm now down to approx 13% to hit. Same thing happened from 60 - 70, but the rating system was new then, so it wasn't as noticeable.
