The information is from WoWhead, bar the Borean Tundra and Howling Fjord, so you'll have to ask them. Bear in mind that this guide is only in the beginning stages and once I reach the appropriate levels, I will be expanding it out - including a 'best' way to do them.
Whether you want to do it to include in this guide or not (since you're Alliance and I'm Horde) is up to you.
