Re: Haunt/SL or Chaos Bolt/SL

Arena play right now is too oriented towards burst damage for Affliction to be successful EXCEPT with a Holy Paladin, from what I've seen. It really depends on playstyle, though. Haunt/SL can work, and Meta might be better if you like it, especially in 3s and 5s. I agree with Shades, I'm running 0/20/51 with Improved Succubus and Searing Pain and no points in Soul Leech or F&B. Succubus is working better for me at the moment because I've been seeing an awful lot of resists against Felhunter Dispels and Spell Locks, plus the game is very oriented towards melee at the moment. Glyphs are Corruption for procs, Shadowburn for executes, and Searing Pain because I use it as a filler right now, but Healthstone is definitely a good one. The Fear glyph doesn't do that much for me since I normally Fear/Seduce the player that's not being focused.

1. Shadowfury->Howl of Terror works wonders, I always try to open with it against non-stealth teams and stealth teams in RoV. The stun from Shadowfury effectively makes your Howl an Imp. Howl since the other team rarely expects the stun and normally can't react before Howl casts.

2. I live longer as Destro because of Shadowfury and Seduce + stun and daze procs. Affliction has trouble putting up pressure quickly since it relies heavily on Haunt, while Destro can throw out Backlash procs and Shadowburn/Shadowfury/Conflag in addition to the cast-time nukes. Either way, only things like Void Sac, HoP, and Meta can really help prevent an insta-gib.

3. UA is hard to keep up on targets for dispel protection, and honestly Shadow Prot/Shadow Ward/absorption effects can nullify a lot of Affliction's offensive pressure.

On the other hand, though, Destruction really gets screwed over by LoS and interrupts. Like I said, it really depends on personal preference and playstyle. Just try stuff out and see what works for you, although it's very difficult right now no matter what your spec as a Warlock.

EDIT: If you're going to go with Haunt/SL, I'd use something like 54/17/0 over the build you posted.
-PvP hit cap is 6%, I believe, so Suppression is not needed since you can make up the +hit with "of Ascendancy" offpieces and enchants.
-Imp. Drain Soul is useless for PvP. You won't be killing anyone with Drain Soul in the Arena, and you probably don't need the mana back in a BG.
-Shadow Embrace is a useful filler, plus it gives another debuff for further dispel protection.
-Imp. Felhunter is okay for grinding, but it's highly unlikely that your Felhunter will go OOM in an Arena. Also, the improved buff comes up to something like 5 more Intellect and 6 more Spirit (don't know the numbers), which is incredibly weak for a 2-point investment.
-Dark Pact is good for preserving HP lost to Life Tap, but Warlocks rarely OOM. Your pet will also often be out of LoS if you're setting it on another player.
-There's math in the Affliction thread on 1/3 Eradication vs 3/3 Eradication. Essentially, your points are better spent elsewhere.
-You missed out on the best of the Demo tree in your build. Master Summoner (and Fel Domination, its prerequisite) is essential for Arena fights, where losing a pet effectively means losing 20% of your HP. Demonic Aegis is probably the best place for the last 3 points, since the only other logical place to put those points is to fill out Shadow Embrace.
