Under the Legerdemain quest you mention the jug of wine is found on the second floor. There are actually several spawn points in and around the shop. The 2nd floor spawn poit is probably the least "farmed" so it is most likely there, but I usually get mine just inside the door (to the left as you enter) of the shop.
