Not sure what your rotation as affliction was. But you didnt mention Haunt.
Try SB, Haunt, Corruption, UA, Immo, Agony, SL...
SB fillers and try to keep these dots up.
The SB then Haunt puts a double stack of Shadow Embrace on the mob (for 10% more damage), however that other warlock may have got that effect (due to the bug that will be fixed soon).
Haunt refreshes will keep up corruption. This will let you throw a few more SBs.
Also not being hit capped may have really wrecked your rotation.
Most likely the other warlock spent cash on the flasks too.
This combination of factors can make a huge difference.
edit: I just looked at your armory.
You are missing 2 gems in hood, and dont have a glyph for it either.
No glyph for shoulders.
No spellthread for pants.
No enchant for feet, weapon, chest, or back.
No belt buckle.
Surprising that you have been in Naxx a few times (at least) with that lack of preparation.
