As said above, no enchants mean you don't get to step in a raid in my guild. Even if you're in blues you have to enchant your stuff for best performance. If you have 1.5k sp without Fel Armor that's not so bad. You should have no problem maintaining at least 3k dps on 25 patchwerk. 310 hit rating is more than enough if you are with the correct group. Is there a boomkin in the raid? Is there a Spriest in the raid? The presence of either of these is enough to for you to be hitcapped.
Go to the training dummies and practice the rotation as long as you can. It takes some getting used to but as soon as you as are in total control of it, you'll find that you're doing great DPS.
