Ok, I *think* I've put together a similar list for folks that are limited, by choice or by necessity, to 10-man content. First time I've tried to put a list like this together, so by all means, if there's anything wrong or missing, let me know.
Basic Goals of Minimizing Stat Loss While Maintaining: - Exactly 368 Spell Hit (+14% Hit, Capped with an Spriest/Boomkin/etc. or if specced into)

1727 Spell Power (including Trinket proc: 1831, including Spirit/Fel Armor: 2033, including both: 2137)
373 Haste (11.37%)
231 Crit Rating (5.03%, including intellect: 10.27%)
873 Intellect (5.24% Crit)
420 Spirit (138.6 +Spell Power)
---> For comparison to your own gear, w/ best enchants would give on tooltip (assuming Enchanting/Tailoring Professions):
1983 +Spell Power (no buffs, 2300 w/Fel Armor)
12.73% Crit
11.37% Haste
