I was basing many of my ratings and drop locations from the "Dots and You" affliction thread on Elitist Jerks, and Namnalia has Embrace of the Spider as a Naxx25 drop. According to Wowhead, it drops in Naxx10, so the proper trinket pairing here would be Embrace of the Spider and Sundial of the Exiled.
