I'm not entirely sure what you're asking (I'm not a spelling nazi, but correct spelling helps a lot with understandability).
Whatever the color of the socket, just place the red +19 spelldam gems in it. For the Meta socket take the 25 spelldam and +2% int. For affliction that is the best choice for every piece of gear according to most theorycrafting.
