/cast [nomod] Spell Lock
/cast [mod:shift,help,target=mouseover] Devour Magic
/cast [mod:shift,help,target=player] Devour Magic
Is what I use, no modifier key casts Spell Lock on your current target, holding down the shift key casts devour magic on your mouseover (or if you don't have one, yourself).
