Spell Hit (until capped), Spell Power, Hatse, Spirit, Crit is the current ranking in my books. Spirit and Crit are debated still.
Int and Stam are bonus stats IMO if your looking for raid stats, though Int and Stam scales you pet, which equals spell power if your demonology.
Spell power is well ahead of the other stats per point once your hit capped.
