Hey there, seeing as your character is only starting out (level 19 right?) I would say concentrate on stamina and intellect just because thats what most of the lower end gear concentrates on. (See the Gearing Guild). Spellpower will come a bit later in the games and hit capping yourself won't be worthwhile until you starting raiding. Now thats a pretty brief summary but take a look at the Leveling and Gearing Guild and you should be fine.
