It's the exact same problem that we had with rogues in the first year or so of the game. They were so stupidly overpowered-against us in particular-that they could destroy almost anything and anyone without even trying. DKs may end up walking the same path that they did where their abilities become nerfed and the noob DKs who never bothered to actually learn their class find the tables turned on them by pro warlocks...we'll see.

What always ends up killing me is their anti-magic shell. It is true that as awesomely powerful as they are, DKs are very vulnerable at a distance. Most of them will waste their DG to open the fight and sometimes you can meet them with a death coil before you hit the ground and follow that up with a fear, but all that he needs to do is hit his pvp trinket and blow his anti-magic shell. Now there is absolutely NOTHING that you can do to keep him away from you. If you try to just run he will slap chains of ice on you. It's true that the shell only lasts a few seconds, but even with soul link that's more than enough time for a death knight to tear you apart.

I have never held with immunity effects of any kind. It is true that fear is a very annoying and debilitating effect and so I can sort of see why it needed to be nerfed but there have always been ways for any class to wipe it (i.e. trinkets). On the other hand if you look at divine shield or anti-magic shell you see spells that make the user completely untouchable and there is really nothing that you can do about it at all. Is it any wonder why the classes who have those two powers are the most dominant classes in arena right now? Immunity effects remove any question of strategy from the game.
