Well yes, priests do have Fear Ward, and Power word: Shield, the latter which absorbs damage. One thing I have noticed, is that you cant mess with shadow priests; when left to their own mettle,they can pack a punch. Some random tips I've picked up:
- Don't open up with a deathcoil. Save it for clutch situations, like right as your about to get Mindblasted.
- Save your Felguard charge for this same reason.
- Use Shadow ward! Being a shadow priest, all their damage comes from... SHADOW spells... Novel idea huh?
- If your first fear gets resisted, use it again!
- Keep your distance, their fear is basically an instant cast howl of terror.
That's pretty much all I can think of now. Of course, a felhunter would probably be best for this fight. Spell lock and Devour Magic, which I would use on myself, or even on the priest to deal with that pesky shield.
