Well the first basic idea is too asign only your most used spells to keybindings that your may be familiar or comfortable with. I started out with only 2 back in the day. Shadowfury and Incinerate as two keys were right beside my movement keys.
From then on, it really develops from itself. After all it is up too you how you assign your keys. But honestly, if your not good at using keys, start out with one at a time. play 1-2 BGs with it until it becomes automatic, then move onto the next spell.

To be honest, I really dont know what else to say without sounding like a patronising tard so I'll stop here... :>
