How to build up Spell Penetration?
Hi,
Firstly try not to flame me  but can someone please point me in the direction of the thread that indicated how you could work towards 120 spell penetration?..
I know we have the cloak enchant..but what was the rest?..ive used the search function..i recall it was off a redmage write up but i cant find it..
